Having friends in your job is good, but you got to remember that you got the job to get money not to make friends. Its fun getting along with co-workers but you have to have a limit, its important to get the job done so you wont get written up or be noticed. Having any interactions with co-workers can have good sides and bad sides. Bad consequences are like drama with co-workers and even fights. Good ones can be like creating a good friendship with someone, but always have in mind you have to get your job done first.
I agree with you on that Maria you are their work and make money. I think you can have a friend as co-worker so that you if something happens and if you get stuck with something your co-worker will help you out then that shows good friendship and you really want that in your job.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you Maria, and sometimes we just care about talking and talking and and we totally forget about the job. There is nothing wrong with talking to your co-workers, but there are limits too.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you. By having friends as co-workers it might cause drama and can distract you from getting the job done properly. You should alwasy have a limit in the work industry from friends at work.

ReplyDeleteI strongly agree with what you said Maria. There is nothing wrong with having friends, they can be much help when you need them. But also, they can act as a distraction in the work place, and as a young adult we should know our priorities. Work tasks should be taken care of first, then later chat with friends.

ReplyDeleteAgree first get the job done and then socialize once your on break or out if work. Make yourself look good so people don't start talking about you.
ReplyDeleteIt's true maria but you being with your co workers is making your job way easier and fun. I also agree there should be a limit too. If you going to talk to your co workers at least do your work first. Getting the job done should be the first priority.
